Would you like to join the Parts & Services Division as a Business Controller for our Hub operations in Örebro? You will support with reporting, follow-up of divisional results and performance and partner with global team to develop and drive control and business.
The role offers valuable experience and extensive knowledge within the broad field of finance and controlling. It offers exposure to the Epiroc organization worldwide through regular interaction within reporting/forecasting and participation in operational/support projects. Together, we will develop the role to provide opportunities for skills development, greater responsibilities and stretch assignments to meet your ambition

Your mission
The Divisional Hub Controller is an exciting role where you will support the Parts & Services Division with financial reporting of the divisional operations and analyzing financial and business data. Primary objectives for the position include the following:
* Financial reporting and monthly closing activities including but not limited to the support and analysis on hub divisional operations
* Active support to the Hub Manager and Divisional Controller with preparation of analytical reports with effective presentation; coordination of reporting and planning process, and various ad hoc requests for business follow up
* Analyze reporting processes as well as closing activities and implement improvements when identified
* Safeguarding financial reporting quality
* Be a financial and business partner to divisional operations managers
* Actively work together with the Marketing and Service department of the Parts & Services Division in both day to day tasks and various projects
* Be a financial advisor in system setup for PSD to safeguard financial reporting quality
Your profile
We believe that you have a university degree in business administration, with a solid base education in areas of accounting, cost benefit analysis, finance or economics.
In this position it's a requirment to speak and write English fluently.
We would like to see that you have some years of post-graduate work experience and excellent understanding of MS Office, in particular Excel, is required. We also appreciate if you have already gathered experience with the Epiroc ERP system M3.
The person we are looking for has a strong drive and ambition. You have strong analytic capabilities and a service-minded approach. You should be able to remain calm and organized when working under stress. Deadlines in this position are important, so unusual work-hours are sometimes unavoidable. You are also expected to be an effective team player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required
