hela Sverige Volvo Group Trucks Technology (GTT) seeks a Business Controller to support GTT's investments and operations of information technology. You will partner up with managers both within IT and engineering, to make sure we have adequate and cost effective IT systems that are crucial for more than 8500 engineers world-wide. You will drive the end-to-end flow from procurement, financial planning, accounting and follow-up with a total financial scope of 1.2 BSEK yearly.

You will report to the Director Process & IT Office in GTT and work closely with the rest of the finance community.
Main responsibilities:
Procurement of IT services, licenses and IT equipment in close collaboration with the responsible managers in GTT
Forecasting and proactive planning of IT-services, supplier contract renewals and investments
Analyze and follow up of financial and operational performance to support management teams and propose and drive corrective actions
Securing accurate financial figures through analysis, accounting, e.g. periodization, and month end closing activities
Implement new financial steering principles according to Volvo Group decisions. This includes financial flows internally GTT, and between 10+ legal companies globally
Qualifications needed:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Positive energy with a drive to motivate oneself and others
Structured
University degree of Finance
Knowledge of Volvo's financial key-systems, SAP & EBD
Proficient in English, both verbal and written
