TX Logistik AB Sweden has been operating own railway services since 2005 in combined traffic and is strongly involved in the timber industry. Sweden and the Nordic Countries play an important strategic role in the whole network. For the fast growing activities in Sweden we are searching a business controller.
As a Business Controller you work in the Finance department together with Accounting reporting into the Finance Manager, cross-functionally you will collaborate with the Operations Dept. The office is located in Helsingborg.
The purpose of the Business Controller position is to further develop a reliable system of the operational data statistics supporting aims of the organization. You have primary responsibility for consolidating the operational data and the design of operational KPI's measuring performance, risk and profitability, supporting monthly forecasting, closing and budgeting. The Business Controller will have to gain a deep understanding of the various businesses, does analysis of actual operational data insuring the correctness of the project pre- and post-calculations. Also supports accounting processes and performs other administrative work within the Finance Dept.
You work with our operational IT-system on output and with our accounting system Navision both on in- and output.
It is a right learning challenge for you if you are a person who has plenty of drive, being well organized and structured, highly disciplined, can do a good performance under occasional time pressure, result oriented, open minded, having a mathematical and logical way of thinking. You are very professional in working with Excel since it is you daily working tool.
We expect you to have a university degree or an equivalent work experience. You have thorough experience of controlling and knowledge of accounting.
Due to the international set-up of our network in Sweden and central Europe you should have a good command of English. German language skills would be of additional value.
