Business Controller
As a Business Controller you work in the Finance & Controlling department. Your main duties are: Day-to-day monitoring of costs and revenue in close cooperation with Operations and Product Managers. Analysis of the calculations vs actual results. Finding cost savings opportunities. Month closing, year closing, forecasting, new business calculations.
The office is located in Helsingborg.
The purpose of the Business Controller position is to further develop a reliable system of the operational data statistics supporting aims of the organization. You have primary responsibility for consolidating the operational data and the design of operational KPI's measuring performance, risk and profitability, supporting monthly forecasting, closing and budgeting. The Business Controller will have to gain a deep understanding of the various businesses, does analysis of actual operational data insuring the correctness of the project pre- and post-calculations. Also supports accounting processes and performs other administrative work within the Finance&Controlling Dept.
You work with our operational IT-system on output and with our accounting system Navision both on in- and output.
It is a right learning challenge for you if you are a person who has plenty of drive, being well organized and structured, highly disciplined, can do a good performance under occasional time pressure, result oriented, open minded, having a mathematical and logical way of thinking. You are very professional in working with Excel since it is you daily working tool.
We expect you to have a university degree and minimum 5 years equivalent work experience. You have thorough experience of business controlling and knowledge of accounting.
Due to the international set-up of our network in Sweden and central Europe you should have a good command of English.
