We provide cutting-edge solutions for our mining and construction customers, and within our Business Control team, we support our divisions by offering efficient, reliable, and proactive financial and business analysis to our key stakeholders. What you do
In this position, you're a part of our strong finance network spanning over 11 divisions and 14 sales areas - being the business partners to our management team and investor relations as well as a provider of financial information for the performance management processes. Within this, you help us shape the performance management process and tools of tomorrow, contributing with your financial knowledge to various change and development projects.
This also includes:
Supporting the preparation and validation of profitability analysis, business cases and investment proposals.
Creating forecasts.
Analyzing, following up on numbers and present your findings to provide actionable recommendations.
Supporting decision-making.
The location for this position is the World Trade Center in Stockholm. However, for the right candidate, the position can be somewhat flexible. Global traveling will be part of your job, approximately 2-3 days per month.
Who you are
We believe you have a degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering, combined with a few years' experience in the field of business control. You thrive in a truly global environment, and you have exceptional skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. Experience from consolidation systems, and specifically OneStream, is beneficial. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in both verbal and written English.
You're a natural networker who easily builds strong relationships based on trust and honesty. You enjoy working with narrow deadlines and always deliver when promised and take great pride in doing so. Being technical and detail-oriented comes in handy in this role and when it comes down to the big things, you strongly believe that the best solutions emerge from great collaboration across the entire organization.
