To Sandvik Machining Solutions we're now looking for a Business Controller to join our small and competent team. With us you'll get to be a true business partner to the Business Area management and five divisions - providing us with analysis and recommendations and help us reach set goals. Your mission
In this position, you contribute to reaching the overall operational and financial goals. You do this by providing recommendations, driving, and supporting key business decisions with fact-based analysis and simulation, as well as supporting in projects and initiatives with a continuing focus on monitor performance. You also develop improvements of our routines and support the performance management processes, including KPI development and implementation. Part of your job is also forecasts, period-end reports and analysis, preparation, as well as validation of business cases and investment proposals.
The location for this position is either in Stockholm or Sandviken and we offer you a hybrid working solution.
Your character
We're looking for an experienced business controller, preferably with experience from a global company or the manufacturing industry. You're a proficient Office 365 user and other financial business system, where we consider knowledge in OneStream and Power BI is a plus. Your knowledge is backed by a relevant university degree and working in a global company calls for fluency in English, knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
You always strive towards improvement and see the value in working with continuous improvement. Being analytical and thorough helps you find the small details in the bigger picture. You're driven and curious and with a goal-oriented approach you always deliver on time. Your communication skills help you build strong and trusting relationships and this combined with your team player attitude enables you to act as a bridge between our divisions, the business area and Sandvik Group, and thereby contribute to excellent collaboration!
