As a Business Consulting and BPM Senior Vice President you will work with all the business areas within TradeTech Consulting, lead Business Consulting globally, lead BPM segments in Europe and work closely with the Virtusa global delivery model. You will be part of a highly skilled management team and actively work to expand TradeTech Consulting's delivery and customer's base, either in TradeTech Consulting's core area or as a part of the new areas we will introduce in the Nordic market.

Who we are looking for
The person we are looking for holds an M B.A. or equivalent.
We are looking for a person who holds strong ability to build sales and delivery capabilities for a consulting practice, have a good understanding of Business Consulting and BPM solutions including Pega PRPC and experience running a consulting practice with knowledge of best practices and how to hire and build skills in a global organization. The person should have 15-20 years of experience in companies similar to TradeTech Consulting or Virtusa businesses.

As a person, you are a dynamic leader, driven, possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills and enjoy new challenges. To be a good match for this role, it is important that you have a consulting mindset that you work well in teams and have the ability to communicate and cooperate with colleagues as well as customers. Fluency in English is required as you will be working in an international environment.
