Our team develops processes, methods and tools related to project portfolio management, project management and business administration. This area is of significant importance to improve the return on the Volvo Group's product development investments.
We are now looking for a Business Consultant to join our team. This position offers a stimulating and dynamic work environment, as well as the opportunity to deepen your expertise.
Main responsibilities
You will work in one or more of the areas project portfolio management, project management and R&D finance. There you will support business needs by contributing to the development and maintenance of efficient processes, methods and tools. You may also act as project manager in smaller projects.
Location
The position is based in Gothenburg, but is expected to serve all sites where Group Trucks Technology is present. Travel may be needed occasionally.

Required qualifications
Successful applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Product Development environment. You are expected to be highly skilled in business analysis and have a good understanding of project scope, time & cost management. Furthermore, you have experience from complex organizations, stakeholder management, priority setting and giving presentations.
To be successful in this role, important personal qualities are perseverance and customer focus - to secure end-user benefits. We also consider experience from process management and organization change management as meriting.
As we work in a global organization, it is important to have a good command of the English language, as well as understanding and draw value from diversity.
You have a Master 's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. Certifications e.g. PMP or educational specializations relevant to the role are also meriting.
