Your Role
We are hiring a business analyst with genuine interest in the aircraft market that will add knowledge to our Marketing and Sales team for the success of Saab Aeronautics' products globally today and in the future!
As part of the Competitor and Market Intelligence (CMI) team, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing information, conclude and provide recommendations on both strategic and operational level to relevant stakeholders involved in marketing and sales of Aeronautics products all over the world. Global travel will be a part of this job, in particular ensuring that market intelligence is gathered and shared through our internal and external network. We believe that you have at least five to ten years of working experience a genuine interest and good knowledge of security policy and/or the defence market in general, where the military aircraft market is of particular interest.
You will be based in Linköping and report to Head of CMO Gripen and functionally to the CMI responsible at Aeronautics.
Your profile
To be successful in this position we believe you have a university degree, or equivalent, in business, marketing or political science. Excellent presentation and communication skills are mandatory as well as very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both written and spoken language. Any other languages are a plus. We also believe that you have high analytical skills and experience from working in on or more of the following areas:
* Defence Industry and industrial cooperation
* Media or media landscape
* Air Force
* Politics
* Marketing and sales

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be part of
You will belong to the CMO Gripen department which is responsible for marketing and sales campaigns of the Gripen fighter aircraft system on the international arena and providing the entire Business Area with Competitor and Market Intelligence expertise.
