hela Sverige Are you ready to take on your next challenge? The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is a principles-based regulation that will start to apply on January 17, 2025. DORA acts as an umbrella for multiple regulatory frameworks by creating a more unified regulatory framework for digital resilience. It aims to address SEB's ability to identify, protect, prevent, detect, respond to and recover from ICT risks.
The DORA Office, our Center of Expertise is dedicated to setting requirements, providing top-tier support and guidance to our internal stakeholders in SEB, ensuring that we meet compliance with the latest DORA expectations. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our DORA Office. In this role, you will be responsible to help the business achieve its goals by acting as a liaison to the stakeholders and identify goals, best practices and other methods for gathering and analysing information related to the business needs. Contribute to the business-driven development by taking an active part from idea to implementation of processes, tools, products or services. Your expertise will be critical to ensuring that our organization meets regulatory requirements while optimizing operational efficiency.
About the role:
• Leads, coordinates and participates in various business development initiatives to ensure progress to secure successful business deliveries.
• Develops business cases and performs impact analysis, thereby engaging a wide range of stakeholders, to proactively propose ways to increase efficiency, reduce operational risk and deliver value.
• Identifies and exposes the business opportunities and implications in large projects or with improvements in already existing processes.
• Analyse and communicate the impact of planned changes on existing and new processes, tools, products or services.
• Suggest implementation strategy and desired future state and help to drive implementation.
• Capture, document and ensure proper translation of business needs into technical requirements for process or system changes.
• Secures plans for testing and strive for test automation.
• Ensure subject matter expertise within focus areas in order to practically contribute to the project or initiative that is assigned.
• Ability to capture and utilise data for presentations to various stakeholders for idea sharing or decision making, innovation, expert advice and project management.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent ability to collect, analyse, prioritise and present data, analyses, business requirements or issues in an easy understandable form
• Excellent relationship management skills; ability to drive and lead projects and facilitate discussions across teams with stakeholders on different levels
• Good understanding of relevant End-to-End processes products, markets, customers, stakeholders, partners, costs for products, tools and systems, risk and information management
• Naturally risk aware
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
