For our Digital Core (DC) GS D Business Partner organization, we are looking for a new team member as a Business Analyst.
As an DC Business Analyst (BAL), you will drive the demand management according to the defined DC process for One MGT. You collect, analyzes business requirements and translates them into corresponding DC requirements. And by those constraints and ensures the quality of the demands.
Additionally, you ensure that all demands are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives. You also collaborate with our stakeholders to prioritize, the demands and manage expectations.
The work is highly motivating and ranges from strategic discussions to guiding in the right direction.
How You'll Make an Impact
* You have an academic background in Information Technology or similar. Your multiple years of professional experience should be in IT or related business field.
* As the BAL you should have a good understanding in requirement gathering and be able to translate them into DC requirements.
* You have a good understanding of GS D One MGT business environment.
* You are pro-active and motivated to take ownership for your work. You are target driven and think creatively.
* You are an excellent communicator in culturally diverse environments.
What You Bring
* Point of contact to the OneMGT business in case of demands are arising. Initiates and owns the entire demand processing. And by that ensures professional demand management by collecting, analyzing requirements and translation into DC
* Proactive contribute to key user's communities and/or process experts and promotion of such communities.
* Typically participate in DC projects, representing business partnering as an expert.
* BAL ensures effective cooperation with both internal key users / professionals and external stakeholders contributing along demand process until final implementation.
* While being close to key users and contributing to DC projects / demands BAL cases as first escalation point.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
