hela Sverige We are building a one-stop-shop for businesses, with banking, card issuing and merchant acquiring all on one platform and we are looking for middle+ Business Analyst (BA) with experience in mobile applications development and sheer willingness to focus on user experience and product-oriented approach in business analysis.
Role Responsibilities
Perform a full range of business analysis activities: from planning to management;
Deliver end-to-end user-centered solutions, ensuring results meet stakeholders' needs;
Utilize a variety of methods to best document and communicate requirements, including wireframes, user stories and diagrams;
Utilize JIRA and Confluence for task tracking and documentation management;
Utilize Figma app for raw wireframes prototyping (note, you will not be responsible for final UI/UX, but you should be very attentive to it);
Perform requirements change management process and always keep documentation up to date;
Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members and ensure everyone has a correct understanding of the requirements;
Monitoring project incidents, identifying and removing blockers;
Participate in BA unit growth and development.
You'll work with:
Product owners to gather initial requirements, set priorities and verify the idea;
Passionate and highly professional development team to build and verify requirements from a technical level;
UX/UI designer to set a task for design and find out the best UI solution together;
BA lead who will help you to onboard and then will show the right direction;
Project manager and team lead to manage scope;
And all the rest our amazing team, including other analysts, managers, data scientists and developers.
Role Requirements:
Focus on "making a good product for people" (useful, usable, nice-to-see);
Ability and willingness to accept constructive feedback and continuously improve documentation, communication and other skills;
Ability to learn fast and willingness to grow;
Ability to talk in the same professional language as us. We think that completed BA courses or other education, understanding and using BABOK vocabulary will help here.
