Electrolux är en del av en global finansomvandlingsresa och har etablerat ett kompetenscentrum för finansiell planering och analys (nedan FP&A CoE). FP&A CoE är en funktion under uppbyggnad och kommer att ansvara för 1) att utveckla den allmänna FP & A-processen, och 2) tillhandahålla Business Controlling-stöd för alla Electrolux olika verksamheter. Du kommer att bli en del av denna CoE och rapportera till en av fyra chefer, var och en ansvarig för en samling av grupp- eller affärsområdesverksamheter
As a business analyst, you are part of the backbone that delivers the management reporting within FP&a CoE Organization, as well as conducting an in-depth analysis of the results. In a dynamic and fast moving environment, you act as a financial advisor by providing decision support, business intelligence and reporting on financial results. As a business analyst, you will prepare monthly and quarterly management reports (e.g. P&L, balance sheet and cash flow), in-depth analysis and participate in continuous improvement efforts in our processes.
A normal day at work:
• Play a key role in business planning and audit processes, with analytical and strategic support to internal customers across the business
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to provide insights into operational trends in your business
• Perform an in-depth analysis of critical business activities and business units to determine future opportunities and risks
• Participate in the creation of annual forecasts and budgets, as well as advanced quantitative analyses and financial models
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting schedules, as well as automate reporting processes
• Play a strategic role in the reporting and planning of the company's workforce and operational management
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks to ensure that the FP &A team manages their deliveries

The service requires:
• Academic degree in economics, technology, business administration or similar
• Excellence in MS Office packages (especially Excel), Power BI is a strong merit
• Fluent in English (Business English)
• Relevant experience in economic analysis is a plus
