hela Sverige We are a fast-growing company and are now looking for several Business Analysts to be responsible for either setting the price for our flight tickets or for a portfolio of our ancillary products. We have the same recruitment process for all business analysts even if there are two different areas and you will only work with one of them.

About the Job
Business analyst focus on price for flight tickets
With a data-driven approach and a sharp business mind, you'll set the price for our flight tickets through various sales channels and your job will include identifying, communicating and acting upon different trends and shifts in the market. Good communication with stakeholders is essential to ensure that new functionality and ongoing development meet the requirements; moreover, as you'll be relied on to deliver ad-hoc analysis to support decision making, you need to be a sharp analyst. You will own the responsibility to reach KPIs and goals.
• Drive sales and revenue in different sales channels by implementing relevant pricing actions
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking
• Engage in improvements of sales KPIs and methods of pricing
• Identify, coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders in the company to ensure new functionalities and ongoing developments
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support decision making
Business analyst focus on ancillary products
You will be responsible for a portfolio of ancillary products which will be your main tools to help the company reach our overall contribution and growth targets. It will be your responsibility to constantly develop and optimize these products as well as the way they are utilized in the customer sales cycle.
You will spend significant time on analyzing data regarding customer behavior related to your products, identify patterns and derive hypotheses for improvements based on what you observe. Some of these you will be able to immediately implement and test on your own based on what can be done with current tech capabilities and for others you will work with the product and IT development teams to build new features.
Who you are
• You are both tech- and business-savvy and thrive in an environment where you can combine these two things and get immediate feedback on your actions as you impact the company's results.
• Most likely you are just finishing your studies or have recently graduated focusing on Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• You are used to an international environment and comfortable to work in English.
• Throughout your studies or extracurricular activities you may have done some analyses before and you have used tools such as Excel to solve your data analysis needs.
• You have had the chance to showcase your drive and willingness to learn and develop as well as your ability to communicate in a concise and actionable way.
