Great, because we want You to be our new Business System Manager for Sweden!
This job suits you who wants to develop in IT support. You will be part of a team that is characterized by a high level of service and an ambitious working environment where you will be encouraged to come up with new creative solutions in daily operations.
We expect you to be able to work independently and seek knowledge and solutions in an efficient and structured way. You like to help and happily share your high technical understanding with others. You have the ability to document, think and act process oriented.
Above all we expect you to be enthusiastic about technology. We truly appreciate your advanced knowledge of Microsoft systems, Citrix environment, POS systems and credit card terminals.
In this role you will be working closely with the Operational team in Sweden to support and facilitate the relationship between IT and the business through IT Support and deployment activity. You run your own projects taking responsibility of them to be completed with high service expectation and delivery within strict timescales and agreeing budgets.
You work to support your colleagues within the organization with various IT challenges, taking responsibility for 2nd Line Support of tickets for a delegated responsible region in the Nordics. You are part of the Nordic IT Helpdesk team and the main person responsible for your own area's 2nd line.
Your workplace will be located at Stockholm Arlanda SSP office, as being part of the Nordic team, you will need to have a possibility to travel within the Nordics. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
Main Responsibilities
Developing a strong business partnership with the operations focusing particularly on support for Swedish region with additional support for Nordics.
Communicate business process changes to all levels of the business - from team members to the Operational Directors.
Provide an IT service to troubleshoot & resolve issues which can only be delivered with an on-site presence or with a specific knowledge of the local IT configuration.
Liaison with external IT departments e.g., airports, facilities management companies.
Manage, participate and coordinate both strategic and tactical projects as required.
Work with major stakeholders to design, test and pilot new technologies to meet business requirements.
Support the planning, design and implementation of all IT infrastructure & equipment for new units, re-brands and other unit moves & changes. Attend pre-start, site & handover meetings with Project Department & Contractors.
Analyze and investigate trends in systems faults to work proactively to reduce overall support calls year on year.
Attend Business Systems Team and IT Departmental meetings.
Manage services delivered by 3rd Parties.

Key Skills and Attributes
A good working knowledge of core business systems and processes is essential to the role.
IT literate, confident and enthusiastic about technology.
An excellent communicator at all levels from users to Unit Manager to Senior Directors.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Understand the logic around networks.
Knowledge about Microsoft systems such as AD, Exchange, operating systems.
Knowledge about Citrix environment
Ability to build strong relationships with SSP nominated 3rd parties.
Knowledge about credit card terminals and POS system.
A strong passion for success and for systems to drive the business forward.
Ability to influence, persuade and listen to a wide range of people to ensure agreement of objectives.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Self-motivated and able to work proactively without close supervision.
Demonstrates analytical skills to diagnose issues and find solutions.
Possibility to travel (Mostly in Sweden).
Fluent in English and Swedish.
