Brännland Cider is a small business with its entire focus on ice cider, a sweet still dessert wine style cider concentrated using the natural winter cold of our northern landscape.
We are looking to hire a full time cidery manager.
Our cidery manager is someone with a passion for excellence. Previous experience with running and maintaining a winery with all that this entails is a plus, as is general experience with cellar work and oenological training. This includes, but is not limited to, pressing of fruit, concentration of juice, fermentation, filtration and bottling as well as maintenance and operation of pertinent machinery to the highest possible standards and administrative work connected to the tasks described.
Your ability to interact in a small team and be flexible in an ever changing world is important and we would like you to commit for the longer term.
