Full brand management responsibility
• Build strong category knowledge
• Financial follow-up on concepts and launch productivity.
• Review and monitor portfolio based on KPIs, sales results and discontinuation plans.
• Manage simultaneous projects in accordance with new product development process. Development of strong product stories is needed.
• Develop and support the team in business cases for new developments
• Follow up on market development and consumer insight
• Develop exciting, full-scale launch support material for key product launches in close collaboration with internal agency
• Support and coach more junior members of the team
• Identify, Plan and Implement opportunities to enhance skin care business
• Support the development of category strategy including portfolio structure, brand, sales and margin growth targets.
• Constant interaction with the regional Marketing and Sales Team.


2. Generate and Analyze (system) information:

• Monitor category related financial figures, e.g. sales, margin, price development and initiative actions if needed. Generating actions and following up internal and regional team.
• Develop and support other in business cases analysis
• Conceptualization work including coolhunting, insight and concept development.
• Strategical development of brands and portfolio
• Overall category plan consolidation
• Break-even-Point analysis
• Budget preparation and monitor, supporting the team

3. Project Management:
• Leader of development team for key brands and complex projects
• Price, merchandising and margin analysis of existing products
• Identify opportunities for enhance the business
• Sell in of skin care strategy and projects for regions and leadership of meetings and ownership of management presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1 6 years+ product marketing management
2 Academic degree in business, marketing or similar
3 Experience in concept development
4 Mass Skin Care, or retail BPC goods knowhow
5 Fluent in English
