BDM/Sr. BDM - Manufacturing Engineering/R&D services
In this role the successsful candidate will provide leadership to identifying/creating, selling and executing transformational opportunities for manufacturing vertical covering Engineering, R&D and IT Services. I.e. To own the entire sales process from bid to winning stage.
It's a Pure Hunter/Business Development Manager role and you
will be managing relationships with CXOs within client organization.
An obvious objective for the role will be to create & manage a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities. KPIs will be defined in relation to: Ensuring growth, revenue, margin and customer satisfaction.
The responsibility will require frequent business travel within Sweden and across NORDIC region.
Experience in working with Industrial product and machine engineering companies is a must.
Proven track record of successfully being able to manage
complex sales in Manufacturing industry, and experience from
selling and managing Nordic client relationships and offshoring (including India delivery).
Experience of serving Swedish clients and clients from minimum one other Nordic country.
Deep knowledge and experience of serving product development, with a deep understanding of product lifecycle
from onset to manufacture, for Manufacturing clients.
Excellent communication skills (english - written/spoken).

We believe that a successul candidate will have at least 10 to 20 years of professional working experience.
