The position is for 6 months, with a potential extension to 12 months and we need you to be able to start in June. There is a possibility that the position may become permanent in the future.
Responsibilities
• Coordination of recruitment for Baxter Sweden.
• Time spent regularly in Distribution site to ensure full compliance at this site.
• Backup payroll and benefits admin and other payroll/compensation and related processes.
• PeopleSoft admin trained with maintain access and backup to Sweden HR Generalist.
• Induction and training activities, including workshops for employees and launch of relevant HR initiatives in Sweden.
• Provide support to HR Managers for Talent Management/Acquisition activities in Nordic cluster.
• Support for Local and Global salary surveys and reporting for Sweden and/or Nordic.
• Local/Swedish reporting for absences/governmental required.
• Coordinate relocation activities for transferees and all associated contracts and admin - including being point of contact person at Baxter for Global relocation partner.
• Support Snr HRM to plan implementation of other Baxter processes, i.e. PMP/Performance Process, Talent Review processes etc.
• Induction training planning for employees
• Roll-out of relevant trainings to employees, e.g. Development Planning workshops and other relevant trainings.
• Support for Snr HRM for any potential Union negotiations.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a large company with a matrix structure
• Understanding of broad HR Operations, to include compensation, payroll, training operations and data management and analysis
• Understanding of Swedish legislation
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English & Swedish
• Data protection and security awareness
