hela Sverige Modis Life Science & Engineering is now looking for an Automation Engineer to JnJ Vision / AMO, Johnson & Johnson Group in Uppsala. This is a 1-year consultancy assignment and you will be hired as a consultant by Modis.
The role
In your role you will act as an automation support to production and increase efficiency and output through automation. You will communicate with different functions such as production, quality, maintenance, process engineers and the J&J automation community.
Key role activities
* Participate in automation projects
* Define Automation requirements
* Review automation design specifications
* Participate in validation of automation systems
* Participate in defining the automation strategy
* Support system owners in case of automation problems
* Work with continues improvements regarding automation systems
Key compliance requirements
* Complies with designated SOP 's and mandatory training for the role (Mandatory Training : MTP Matrix )
* Complete annual Adverse Event and Quality Complaint Reporting Awareness training and HCC/FCPA Awareness training
* Report Adverse Events and Quality complaints in a timely way according to current guidelines/SOP
* Acts in accordance with Johnson & Johnson HCC requirements in interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials
* If commissioning contractors or third party organisations, perform Due Diligence where applicable, put compliant contracts in place and provide training, ensuring these individuals also act in accordance with Johnson & Johnson HCC requirements when interacting with Healthcare Professionals or Government Officials and ensure reporting of adverse events and quality complaints resulting from such collaborations (as above).
Required skills
* Master of Science or Bachelor 's degree in relevant field
Essential competences
* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
* Be able to work with a minimum supervision
* Good Leadership skills (manage workshops, connect with management, drive new initiatives, manage small projects, core team member of projects)
* Must be professional in Swedish and English in speech and writing!
* Have or to be able to develop good troubleshooting skills
* Be able to write/create technical and validation documentation
* Be able to think and act strategically
