We are now looking for an Attribute Manager to the attributes MRO, Uptime, Diagnostics, OTA Software updates within the department of Product Lifecycle Management & Readiness!



Description
The Product Lifecycle Management & Readiness department is incorporated inside the Sales & Marketing Organization. The overall responsibilities of the department Product Lifecycle Management & Readiness are to formulate requirements, design influence, develop diagnostics and technical information as well as deliver or publish the information to customers. Our customers are both internal and external, during the vehicles complete lifecycle until scrapping.

The Attribute Manager primarily collaborates internally with the Attribute organization, Engineers, technical specialists and externally with suppliers.



The role as Attribute Manager involves:



- Develop Non-Functional Vehicle Requirements based on program content.
- Participate in the Project Charter development
- Develop Attribute rating to meet current and future market needs based on Project Charter.
- Keep updated on future legal requirements and consumer ratings.
- Ensure that attribute requirements are detailed to appropriate level in all ingoing systems to achieve vehicle attribute fulfillment.
- Communicate attribute requirements to component and system owners and support development work
- Ensure that attributes requirements are fulfilled, following the time plan.
- Track and report attribute performance to Product Profile targets and Vehicle requirements.
- Initiate relevant benchmark activities.
- Develop Attribute Validation plan.
- Initiate and support development of Validation Methods.
- Plan long and short-term activities.



We are looking for someone who has:



- University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience from product development, 5 years or more
- Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Driver license B
- Requirements and Systems Engineering experience is meritorious.
- Electric vehicle experience is meritorious.

- Team player characteristics. Work is done in cooperation and coordination within the group.
- Have good communications skills

Terms

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
