What will you do?
As an Engagement Manager, the job needs driving of revenues by developing winning strategies to engage Client in a consultative manner, by positioning the solutions, capabilities, and IP of the organization in the area of Cloud, Infrastructure and security services. This covers services related to both operations and transformation in the areas of hybrid cloud, workplace services and security services.
The job requires establishing a strong customer relationship based on knowledge of customer requirements and drive the sales process and outcomes, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure.
In addition you need to work with external technology partners, internal stakeholders such as vertical client leads, solution and commercial teams to drive the solution definition and control the commercial outcome.
Required Required
A well established experience in IT infrastructure sales handling both proactive and reactive opportunities. Experience areas should cover hybrid infrastructure, workplace services, IT service management, network & security services and remote infrastructure management. Services comprise of both transformation and operations for multi year engagements
Established experience in leading solution design, commercial modelling, partner engagement and internal team management for proactive and reactive opportunities
Experience in managing relationships with IT directors and CxO's
Based in Sweden, Finland or Norway with experience in working with globally dispersed teams
5-15 years of experience in IT services business development / sales in the Cloud, infrastructure and security domain
Experience in selling to European clients
Strong experience across several areas of business development including sales lead origination, proposal creation, presentation, negotiations, contract formulation, account management and operations
Proven strength in relationship-building at senior executive/CxO level
Good inter-personal skills including ability to work successfully with virtual, geographically-dispersed and multi-cultural teams.
