You will get a challenging position within HV Breakers, where you will be responsible for Bid and Tendering for internal ABB sales for ABB HVDC system unit in China and Sweden. You will need to understand customer requirement both technically and commercially. In addition you will coordinate the work internally before bid preparation with techology-, design-,commercial- and quality departments and you will be contact person for HVDC towards HV Breakers for sales related topics. An important task will be to build relations, internally and externally, and to understand the market needs and be able to turn this into business.
If you are a driven sales person with a strong business mind, quick learner and capable of building long-term relationships this might be the oppoturity for you. To be successful in this role you need to be structured and organised, result focused and good team-player with excellent collaboration skills.
As a foundation, you hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering and /or technical competence, and have 3+ years professional experience/knowledge from HVDC or high voltage circuit breaker. You need to be fluent in English. Additional languages like Swedish, Chinese, or other are advantageous.
You will be part of HV Breakers- a business unit within Power Grids division. High Voltage Breakers in Ludvika has worldwide ABB responsibility for the development, production and sale of high voltage breakers for both AC and DC power systems. New products are developed and tested in our own high voltage laboratory. We serve markets in both Sweden and other parts of the world. High voltage plays an important role in reliable and energy efficient power systems.
