We are now looking for an ambitious and commercially interested Area HR Manager who wants to join Area South in Malmö, supporting the colleagues and leaders in our stores. We are a growth company with high ambitions to grow our company in new and creative ways and you will play an essential role in overseeing the full HR scoop for your Area and drive these topics in close collaboration with your Area Team and the central HR function for Sweden.
Job Description
As an Area HR Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure strong and efficient HR delivery to the stores in your area by having an overview of the whole employee life cycle.
Establishing a true strategic partnership with a diverse set of managers you will be accountable for creating and driving elements of the people strategy for your area
Continuously work with managers to support and drive all people related processes, topics, and priorities. This will include performance management, talent identification, and employee engagement.
You will work hands on in coaching and advising leaders regarding labour law related questions and union negotiations and secure great routines connected to the work environment in our stores.
Contribute to the development of our HR processes within the organization and offer a local perspective and best practice view regarding communication, implementation, and support for your Area.
Qualifications

We also believe you have:
A relevant academic background or equivalent work experience
Good knowledge of Swedish labor law, work environment as well as union negotiations
Previous experience in coaching leaders with staff responsibility, preferably working with bigger teams
A tech-savvy side and understanding of the importance of analyzing data to help identify needs and drive actions
An agile mindset and enjoy the balance and mix between operational, tactical and strategical focus and the diversity of topics that this creates
Additional Information
This is a full-time temporary position to cover for our current HR Manager that will go on parental leave in October and we would like you to start at the beginning of September. You will be located in our Area Office in central Malmö and report to the Area Manager.
