Entry Point North is looking for a new Training Specialist who is ready to take-off with us!
Job description
As a Training Specialist, you will be working in an innovative environment in close collaboration with your colleagues. Your main responsibilities will be to supervise, manage and deliver ATC training at our premises and abroad. This includes:
• Teaching and instructing students.
• Production and development of teaching material.
• Follow-up of student performance.
• Managing the group of instructors connected to the course.
The position is permanent starting September 2011. The conditions of employment follow the general conditions of the collective agreement ?Kommunikation? between Almega and SEKO, ST, Ledarna, Jusek, CF, Civilekonomerna and SRAT.
Qualifications
We are looking for an open-minded colleague with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in education. You have a flexible mind-set and have no problems adapting to quick changes. As a person you are structured and like to organise and take responsibility for things that need to be done. You like to work in a team but are also comfortable to work independently.
The position requires you to have, or have had, an ATCO licence with ACS and APS rating and at least 3 years of operational experience as an Air Traffic Controller and you have had operational duties within the last 2 years. Any teaching experience is considered a benefit.
Our working environment is international therefore you need to be fluent in English, both orally and in writing. The role requires a common knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
