Entry Point North is looking for a new Training Specialist who is ready to take-off with us!
Job description
As a Training Specialist, you will be working in an innovative environment in close collaboration with your colleagues. Your main responsibilities will be to lecture courses in Air Traffic Management for Air Traffic Controller students and other ATS students, supervise and manage training in accordance with company manuals and to supervise and manage participants of the various courses.
The training is delivered mainly at our premises but also abroad. This includes:
• Teaching and instructing students.
• Follow-up of student performance.
• Production and development of teaching material.
• To take part in training related tasks such as development of training tools, internal projects, consultancy services etc.
The employment is until further notice, starting as soon as possible. The conditions of employment follow the general conditions of the collective agreement ?Kommunikation? between Almega and SEKO, ST, Ledarna, Jusek, CF, Civilekonomerna and SRAT.
Qualifications
We are looking for an open minded colleague with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in education. You have a flexible mind-set and have no problems adapting to quick changes. As a person you are structured and like to organise and take responsibility for things needed to be done. You like to work in a team but are also comfortable to work independently.
• You have a background as Air Traffic Controller with APS and ADI ratings and a minimum of two years operational experience.
• You have an OJTI licence and experience in training.
• Experience in the role as teacher is a merit.
Our working environment is international therefore you need to be fluent in English, both orally and in writing. The role requires a common knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Travel time can come with this position.
