RaySearch Laboratories is a medical technology software company that develops the leading methods and advanced software for effective treatment of cancer. RaySearch products for optimization of radiation therapy in clinical use at more than 1,000 hospitals worldwide. The company have a very good profitability.
From having had a business model based on sales through partners, we have now entered a new phase where we offer our own treatment planning system RayStation ® directly to clinics. RayStation covers all RaySearch solutions and is based on RaySearch's proven world-leading optimization tools that have been used clinically for nearly ten years. The system also provides functionality that is unique in several ways. The system has, for example, been designed with support for 4D adaptive therapy as a built-in basic functionality and provides a tool for multi-objective optimization that allows for a more intuitive treatment planning process.
OFFER
The service department at RaySearch Laboratories is taking care of installations, training and support to our customers in Europe. We also act as support to the service departments of our existing and future subsidiaries in America, Europe and Asia.
We are looking for a person to work in the service department in Stockholm who will be application specialist for RayStation. For this position, the emphasis is on working with current and potential customers to introduce them to RayStation through demonstrations and training. The work also includes gathering and suggesting improvements of the product as well as solving problems, along with both users and developers of RaySearch treatment planning system. This of course means direct contact with our customers in Europe. This is done both at the client site and remotely.
QUALIFYING
• Education within radiation therapy or equivalent.
• Experience from work in a radiotherapy clinic
• Having worked with treatment planning
• Having worked with customer support
PERSONAL CHARACHTERISTICS
Your social skills are of great importance to us. You are a person who can quickly adapt to new contexts and who like working in different environments. You have the ability to quickly see the needs of the customer and can independently plan your work. The environment at RaySearch is an international, research-intensive and high-tech.
