hela Sverige As an Application Engineer, you will work in a team
with Segment Managers and other Application
Engineers. You will combine your knowledge of
systems and applications with your skills in activities
such as portfolio, technical support, design
calculation and tools in your segment to give our
sales companies and Strategic Key Accounts the
best possible support in executing our business
plans.
Your tasks and responsibilities
• Providing technical application support and
expertise to Sales
• Providing technical support to a dedicated
Segment Manager
• Verifying new products and their predicted
performance in the SWEP Software Package
(SSP)
• Creating new tools and platforms to handle
product and feature implementations in SSP
• Coordinating segment-related claim information
• Training SWEP sales people in heat transfer
products and applications
You will be required to coordinate with sales
companies and Strategic Key Accounts, and you will
work closely with the Segment Manager in a matrix
through Sales & Marketing. Segment performance
will be measured by market share and growth. The
job involves some travel to our customers, sales
companies and exhibitions worldwide.
Your background and skills
• You have a Master's or equivalent in Chemistry or
Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in and knowledge
of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or
industrial applications involving heat exchangers
is considered an advantage
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• You are a strongly motivated team player,
customer-oriented and keen to deliver a high
level of service and support
