In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

Lead solutioning in close collaboration with development teams to plan, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions
as part of Swedbank's infrastructure to fight financial crime.
• Team up with stakeholders, product managers, AI specialists, data scientist, and engineers, to understand their objectives and design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and champion new technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our solutions, providing guidance and coaching to development teams and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Oversee architecture governance and improve governance frameworks around architectural issues in collaboration with domain architects.
What is needed in this role:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric
mindset and the ability to effectively collaborate and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to coach, mentor and build strong relationships in a geographically distributed environment while fostering a culture of feedback, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• A solution-oriented mindset and strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a genuine interest for innovation, AI, and Cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated experience of designing, building, and delivering solutions and products as well as team-play in agile development environments.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud architectures, using services such as containers, serverless computing, microservices, and data lakes.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development frameworks and technologies, such as Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation tools.
• Experience in designing end-to-end ML pipelines, especially integrated solutions in a Cloud to on-prem context.
• Curiosity to explore and internalize industry best practices in MLOps and DevSecOps to advance value creation from data scientific products.
• Knowledge and experience of any architecture framework (e.g., TOGAF) and architecture modelling concepts (such as data modelling, information modelling and so on) is meriting.
• Understanding of concepts of Information security and personal data protection to ensure complete compliance in Swedbank IT environments.
• Knowledge and understanding of financial crime and familiarity with the latest advancements.
