We are looking for a bright and driven person to join one of our IT Product & Process development teams. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.
What you'll do
You will join the IT Product & Process development tribe and will be working in one of our squads focusing on Business to Business services. Your main job is to help the squad achieve their goals by facilitating the agile process, make sure the team is working with well-defined requirements, coaching the team to take leadership over the platform tech qualities and to be the gatekeeper for the squad to focus on the prioritized activities. You will work close with the Product Owner from the Business area that will set the agenda of the delivery from the team.

Who are you
We think you have 3-5 years of experience of team leadership or having the scrum master role in previous teams. You are engaged and have a good understanding of software development. Preferably you are experienced in enterprise software development, great collaboration and communications skills, speak English and understand Swedish fluently. If you have certifications in agile methods we will appreciate you even more.
