Job Description
To our tech customer which is the leader in the home and professional appliances markets with its headquarters in Stockholm, we are looking for an Agile Coach to be part of their digital production team. In the role of Agile Coach your main focus will be on helping the product teams and other types of teams apply Lean and Agile principles in their ways of working and adapting their practices to the needs of both team and organisation. You will do this through training, mentoring, coaching, and facilitation. Some of your responsibilities will be to inspire the use of Lean and Agile principles for digital product development, co-create an organisational change strategy together with DPO leads and coaches, co-develop coaching services adapted to the needs of the organisation. You will also support continuous improvement in service, productivity, quality, and effectiveness and identify and help remove organisational impediments.

Admission and Application
Full time position and office hours. The position is expected to start in the beginning of December and is expected to run for a year, with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in central of Stockholm (working remote is also a possibility).
