We are looking for a motivated team leader to coordinate our after school program for years 4-6 at IESU. The position is full time for one year, with the possibility to become permanent. The role involves planning an after school program for up to 100 students, leading a team of staff, ordering food for a healthy afternoon snack, ordering resources and supplies for sports, crafts and other activities as well as supervising year 4&5 students on breaks. The ability to communicate with parents, as well as other staff and students in a professional manner is required. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, and be part of a motivated team of staff who have student health and wellbeing as a priority. Fluency in both Swedish and English is a benefit but not a prerequisite. Applicants should have experience working with children and/or young people. Experience in leadership is a plus.
