Medical Evidence and Observational Research (MEOR) are looking for administrative and coordinating support. The GMA MEOR Project and Operations Coordinator performs high level project and administrative duties to drive the MEOR department. As administrator your main responsibilities are:
• Proactively manage all aspects of administrative support for three senior managers in the MEOR department, including:
• Assisting with special projects
• Meeting arrangements, global and local
• Document management
• Travel arrangements
• Recruitment processes
• Assist the broader MEOR team during full MEOR meetings including but limited to planning, coordinating and arranging meetings and events, cascade communications and information and assisting arriving team members.
• Administrate and coordinate training sessions of the MEOR team members
• Holds a key position in aligning the MEOR personnel. Communicates and collaborates cross functionally.
• Provides MEOR team members with administrative and technical support
The position as Administrative Coordinator is as a consultant. As a consultant, you are employed by Söder & Co. The assignment will start in February and will last for one year with possible extension.

Minimum Requirements
• 5 or more years of administrative experience, including at least 2 years of experience supporting Senior Leaders
• Project management experience
• Relevant professional qualification in administrative skills
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency across a broad range of administrative processes and procedures
• Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical / Drug Development environment (preferred)
• Graduate level of education (preferred)
Essential Skills and Capabilities
• Capable of proactively prioritizing and managing calendars
• Experienced domestic and global travel coordinator
• Communicates effectively and confidentially with local and global leadership, internal and external customers
• Ability to work across functions - Commercial, GMA, Project management, Communications, Senior Leaders, IT/IS
• Expertise in planning and coordinating internal and external meetings
• Demonstrated PC and other technology skills and ability, including Microsoft Office Suite and other bespoke industry applications, e.g., SharePoint and Box.com
• Able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively, with an eye for detail
• Ability to be flexible due to routine and urgent business critical requests across several time zones; may be required to be available outside regular working hours
• Have a keen understanding of the importance of professional and diplomatic interpersonal skills
• Responsive, not reactive, using own initiative
