Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes provides coatings and services for collision repairers and commercial vehicle refinishers via the brands Dynacoat, Sikkens and and Lesonal. Our Nordic head office is situated in Tyresö. In the Nordics there is a focus on collision repairs of cars and refinishes for trucks. We are a Nordic organization and belong to AkzoNobel's Vehicle Refinishes, one of the leading suppliers within the commercial car and airplane industry. Vehicle Refinished head office is located in Sassenheim, Netherlands, where we also have the biggest development, manufacturing, and distribution centers.
We are now searching for a temporary Administration Assistant for 6 months, to our business AkzoNobel Car Refinishes in Tyresö. Do you have a passion for administration and for customer service? What you will do?
As Administrative Assistant, you are part of the Point of Distribution (POD) team of nine. You will support the POD Manager Nordics with systems (principally SAP & other internal ticking and approval tools), finance and other office / facility management tasks & projects related to our two Nordic locations; Tyreso, Sweden & Kolbotn, Norway. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
• Monitor and execute finance processes ensuring timely payment of suppliers.
• Maintain close contact with internal department and suppliers.
• Maintain supply and purchasing of location consumables.
• React to ad hoc purchasing requests.
• Manage IT requests
• Raise and manage purchase orders & goods receipts.
• Own small projects related to locations, including sourcing of suppliers for specific tasks.

This is a temporary position for 6 months that might be prolonged, starting as soon as possible. You will report to POD Manager Nordics and will be located at our office Tyresö/Stockholm.
Who you are?
As a person You have excellent organizational skills and high level of administration skills. We believe you have a good standard of education. You are result focused with a willingness to work across functional teams in a matrix organization. You are service minded, a good communicator and a team player with an open mindset and optimism. You show great ability of discipline and self-confidence in your daily work. You are proactive and able to work efficiently in teams and alone.

Experience in logistics would be beneficial but not essential. You have knowledge of working with ERP systems (SAP or other) as well as MS Office. You have excellent written and verbal communication both in English and Swedish.
