Administrative Assistant to SEB in Arenastaden, Stockholm.

To our customer SEB, we are now looking for an Assistant to support Head of Operations and Operations management with overall administrative service such as preparing for management meetings, booking and organizing a variety of different meetings, sometimes larger events, and business trips. A part of your assignment will also include working with invoices and cost center administration. Besides having a close cooperation with Head of Operations and Operations management team you will also work cross Operations in different geographies coordinating joint tasks.

This is a staffing job. You will get an employment at Manpower and work for SEB in Arenastaden, Solna. You will work fulltime, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday during office hours. The job is expected to start as soon as possible and will last until 2018-12-31 with chance to extension or employment directly at SEB for the right person.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role you do have a service oriented and proactive approach, ability to prioritize your workload and multitask. You are structured and organized and at the same time flexible and open to new tasks and have the ability to work independently with high integrity. You are creative and curious to understand the business and share our commitment to deliver first class service to our clients. You will need good communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, as well as strong skills in Microsoft Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. You also like to network, build relationships and to be a part of a team that is highly motivated by our Vision. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
