Perido is now looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. This position is placed at their office in Stockholm.

As an Administrative Assistant you will take on a broad and exciting role to support your department and its, processes and workflows. You will have an ever-changing workday that offers various tasks and responsibilities including:

• Providing general administrative tasks f0r the building project team, including drafting letters and editing documents, organizing documentation and managing relevant project folders in the management system

• Receiving and processing incoming calls, respond to queries, support in the coordination of deliveries from providers

• Preparing the administrative part of meetings and ensuring their delivery, prepare presentations and other documents

• Assisting in the compilation of data, presentations, visual content, reports, statistics, excel spreadsheets and other documents as needed; drafting and following up on financial documents such as orders and reimbursements

• Providing support to the Project Manager, Head of Corporate Services Section and other team members in any other secretarial tasks and the sections processes and workflows

To be successful and enjoy this role you need organizational and administrative skills and an eye for details. You are customer oriented and have an excellent service mindset as well as the ability to work under pressure. Essential for this role is that you can handle confidential information with a high-level of discretion. We believe that you have a great interest in establishing relationships with team members, colleagues and external resources, a true team player.

Required qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a multicultural working environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good numeral skills and experience using spreadsheets, tables of figures and basic financial planning skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Contract type and hours

Full time assignment with start as soon as possible until the end of the year
