hela Sverige We are looking for an administartive assistant who needs to work closely with our partner companies in India and Sweden. All tasks related to resource finding, maintain company's customert details, database handling, different vacancies, payroll process such as employment contracts, benefits, corrections and checks. The work also consists of administration of travel arrangements for internatonal employees.
Qualifications:
• Good system wisdom from working in Excel
• Good knowledge in English and should able to manage some Indian languages.
• At least 3 years experience in admistration and accounting works
• Knowledge in HR is a merit
• have good ability in communicating in problems and solutions
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken & written
• genuinely interested in working with specific needs and challenges
