We are now looking to hire an administrative and personal assistant who has experience working in an office environment. The applicant must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish, self-motivated and enjoy having something new and different to do every day.
We offer a creative working environment with the opportunity to learn about the entertainment industry and meet interesting and talented people. The person we are looking for must possess an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, a helpful disposition and a willingness to learn. The position requires an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Since this position is fairly new, it can be adapted and as broad as the applicant allows it to be.
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
• Maintain, schedule and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
• Phone coverage and directing inquiries
• Incoming and outgoing mail
• Keeping the facilities clean and tidy
• Ordering office supplies, provisions and services
• Personal assisting to Management on as-needed basis
• Act as point of contact for visitors and clients
• Assisting the Accountant
