Join our Accounting to Reporting team that handles 13 entities within the Nordics!
We are part of the Regional Center of Excellence EMENA and is one of two accounting to reporting teams in the region. Our team, Accounting to Reporting - Spoke Nordic, handles most of the Swedish companies within the Epiroc Group as well as the Epiroc companies in 3 Nordic countries. We are a substantial part of the Epiroc Group reporting team.
The team consists of Accountants, Specialists and Senior Specialists spread out on 4 different locations (Örebro, Fagersta, Kalmar and Prague). We are responsible to deliver correct accounting and on time reporting in the monthly closings. In addition to the monthly reports, we deliver Annual Statutory Reports as well as Income tax declarations for all Swedish companies.
Your team
Our team consists of 17 dedicated employees, and we are proud to deliver standardized and efficient accounting solutions for all our entities. Team is based on functions which means you will dig deep in a few areas (i.e. fixed assets, inventories, tax, personnel accounting etc.) for several companies. Tasks change over time, so we all expand our knowledge areas. There is always someone to discuss with and get help from - you are never alone in one function.
Your mission
You will be responsible for several functional areas for several entities within the Epiroc Group. This position currently handles the main areas Fixed Assets and Inventories but if other areas will be a better match for you, then that can be discussed. We need you to help us comply with K3 and IFRS rules and collaborate closely with Controlling to make sure compliancy throughout the Group.As an AtR Specialist you take initiatives, drive improvements, know the accounting rules within your functional areas, make sure to report in time and with accuracy, as well as supporting operations within your area of expertise.
Location and travel
This position is located in our Center of Excellence floor in Örebro, Sweden. We are a hybrid workplace with the possibility to work part time from home (in agreement with manager).

Your profile
You have 3-4 years academic education (University level). Work experience within K3 and IFRS is meriting, as well as experience of M3 and/or SAP. You can create formulas, pivot-tables and handle large amounts of data in Excel and like to work on your computer. Deeper system experience can be meriting. In our 15 minute daily stand-up meetings you will contribute to our positive collaborative team spirit and highlight opportunities for improvements. We dare to think new and work closely with the Global Center of Excellence Finance team that decide all global finance processes as well as finance system solutions.
