If so, we are happy to tell you that we are looking for an experienced and passionate Accounting Manager to our Finance team in Malmö!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Considering the growth journey and the increased reporting requirements that entails, we are now strengthen our Finance team with an Accounting Manager role.
Your typical day to day will involve:
• Responsible for correct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings meeting high standards (SOX).
• Drive the monthly closings with the team.
• Contact with auditors, authorities, external accounting firms etc.
• Improve processes and daily routines within the Accounting shared service center and in the wider organization.
• Be a supportive coaching leader for a group of 5-10 people.
• Build the team's abilities and competences for further growth.
• Internal control review.
• Improve, standardize, and digitalize processes.
The position is placed at our head office in Malmö.
WHO YOU ARE
Besides being improvement driven, able to work in a structured way and have strong analytical skills, we believe that you are a person with great communication skills who enjoys building strong relationships and leading a team of people.
We also hope to see that you check the following boxes:
• Master's or bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or similar
• a minimum of 5 years of work experience within Finance
• Knowledge of tax and VAT
• SOX internal control
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
