hela Sverige As we are in the process of establishing a RSC in Lund, we are starting up with searching for two accounting associates.
Purpose of the role:
To perform End-to-End internally delivered Record to Report (RTR) services and to be an interface between Purchase to Pay (PTP) and Order to Cash (OTC) transactional services that are outsourced, in order to ensure the achievement of the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) with internal Tetra Pak Clients being serviced from the Lund RSC Satellite location.
Key tasks and responsibilities are:
• Process Management: To prepare with integrity, the production of all financial and management accounts for RSC Clients in line with the Accounting Timetable and internal procedures.
• Reporting: Execute all stages of the reporting process on a monthly basis, in accordance with the Financial Reporting Manual. Including preparation and submission of intrastate and VAT.
• General Ledger: Preparation of internal re-billing and re-invoicing.
• Treasury activities: To carry out liquidity forecasting, reconciliation of accounts.
• Quality: Proactively drive implementation and support global finance processes.
• Performance Management: Accurately maintain performance measurement files. Comply with process based KPI's per the SLA and any other internal measurement tools.

You have a good theoretical education and perhaps some experience from similar work. You should be fast at learning the business and processes/ operations in the company and be able to provide qualitative work despite of tight dead lines. You have a good knowledge in English.

The RSC's are also the key interface and communication link between financial accounting transactions that Tetra Pak has chosen to outsource to Cap Gemini and the Tetra Pak finance organization. The RSC's are a customer-focused, process driven organization, which is expected to experience continued change in the medium to long term, as the process base within its scope reaches efficiency and effectiveness targets, and as new processes fall within its scope. The RSC Is hosted by Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions AB and reporting to Tetra Pak Business Services, Manchester.
