The Accounting Assistant - Accounts Payable for HemoCue is responsible for handling all incoming invoices.
This position is part of the Finance Department located in Ängelholm and will be either on site or hybrid. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.
You will be a part of the Accounting team and report to the Accounting Manager responsible for the company's financial reporting and making sure it is legally compliant. If you thrive in a supporting role and want to work to build a world-class Accounting organization-read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage the daily handling of incoming invoices in our invoicing system - Medius
Have the overall ownership of the Accounts Payable process
Be a superuser in Medius
Communicate both internally and externally with stakeholders and suppliers
Be a support function for the organization, working with and educating the organization
Be responsible for the Vendor Master Data
Drive continuous improvement
The essential requirements of the job include:
High school diploma in Economics (Gymnasieekonom)
Previous experience from working within a Finance department - Summer job or internship is considered sufficient experience.
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and proficient in written and spoken English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working in Medius, Excel and various ERP systems
Used to work towards deadlines
