We are integrated with more than 300 broadcasters and publishers across Europe. We secure that each material delivered is logged, encoded, quality assured, stored and controlled accordingly to all specifications and deadlines. We streamline the work for advertisers, media agencies, ad agencies, production companies, post houses and media owners.
By managing more than 100.000 deliveries (6.000 brands) each year, Adtoox is one of the largest suppliers in Europe. We integrate 7.600 users and serve over 700 different suppliers (submitting ads). 800 different advertisers have created their own accounts in Adtoox.
Adtoox AB is now expanding at a high pace with entities in Europe, South America and Asia. Therefore we are now looking to recruit an Accounting Assistant.
As an Accounting Assistant your main responsibilities will be
• Invoicing and revenue collection for our legal entities outside Sweden (today Italy) including contact with our clients
• Assisting our invoicing partner in Brazil
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable for our legal entities outside Sweden (today Italy and Brazil)
• Driving improvements to our internally developed invoicing system for our legal entities outside Sweden in cooperation with the tech department
• Working closely with our accounting and payroll partners for our legal entities outside Sweden
• Payments for our legal entities outside Sweden
• Expense report control for our legal entities outside Sweden
• Back up for your colleagues in the finance department
• Other accounting and administrative tasks
As an Accounting Assistant your skills and qualifications will include
• Minimum two years experience as an accounting assistant
• Basic accounting education
• Excellence knowledge in Swedish and English and basic knowledge in Italian. If you also know Portuguese that will be a huge plus
• Administrative skills and a true team player

What we offer

Our head office is located in the central of Stockholm. We are 40 people in total.
