What you can expect from us:
• As an employee in our accounting department, you will create monthly and annual financial statements and prepare the associated legislative reports for our Swedish company.
• You will be responsible for the review, account assignment and recording of domestic and international vendor invoices and in this role will be available to external service providers and colleagues as a competent contact person.
• You will bring your subject knowledge to the table for checking the authorization process of incoming invoices, account clarifications and reconciliations and for the accounting of travel expenses.
• You will be involved independently and also together with team colleagues from our international offices for the creation and maintenance of master data, for account clarifications and for transfers as well as for the timely generation of payments.
• As part of our professional, highly motivated and cooperative finance team, you will work at the interface between our Stockholm and Muenster offices and will work closely with our local, external taxation office.
• This position is ideally to be filled immediately in either full or part-time employment.

What we expect from you:
• We would like to get to know you, as you have successfully completed your vocational business training and you have experience in external accounting.
• You will bring very good MS Office (Word, Excel) knowledge to the table and ideally have knowledge of SAP in the FI module.
• You are a real team player and a strong communicator who operates with a service orientation.

Furthermore, we also appreciate the following characteristics:

• A structured approach,
• A reliable, independent and responsible work style.

A fluent command of the Swedish and English languages completes your profile. Knowledge of German would be a further benefit, but not essential.
