Alongside with your passion for numbers and accounting you have an excellent way of structuring your work on a daily basis, and being business oriented is natural for you. We need you to be confident and engage in your task in order to deliver beyond-the-ordinary stuff. If you have it in you to seize the challenge, you'll need to be strategic, driven and solution oriented. Oh, and just like foodora, you really, really want to challenge the status quo.
Your mission:
Accounts payable and reconciliations.
Processing of payment requests for suppliers to ensure accuracy of accounts.
Investigating and resolving claims with suppliers (local and international)
Involved in store inventory valuations.
General bookkeeping tasks
Perform bank reconciliations
Travel and Expenses handling
Accounts receivables monitoring and reconciliations.
Assist in the Month End Closing process
Ad Hoc Assignments
Your Heroic skills:
University Degree - Bachelor of Business or equivalent.
You are Detail oriented, structured and organized.
You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in an ever changing environment.
You are a "doer" that take own initiatives and make sure things are being done.
Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Minimum of 2 years of experience within the respective field including costing experience
If you have previously worked as an accountant in the retail industry that is seen as an advantage.
Good Excel skills and accounting system knowlegde. If you have previous experience working with SAP it is an advantage, but not a requirement.
