Working within ABB, the Key Account Manager develops, implements and updates the account strategy for Distributors in Sweden from the customer's perspective.
In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
Participate in developing ABB's joint offering through distributors.
The ability to build trust, networks, and long-term relationships both internally and externally.
Be a part of ABB's development of e-commerce and marketing.
A strong drive to develop cooperation with our distributors in a structured way.
Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
Defining sales targets for the account, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process.
Providing solutions for their businesses that are in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.

Your background
Year of experience (min 5 yrs).
Experience from the electricity industry and/or channel sales through distributors.
Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
Experience in Sales, E-commerce and Marketing.
Good communication skills in English and Swedish.
Driver's license.
