Company Overview:
Rhubarb Media is a small startup that was established in 2013 and is a leading provider of in- sourced sales solutions. Today we are looking to add new talents to our always expanding sales teams for two major clients.

One is the world's largest luxury marketplace called JamesEdition.com and another one is the biggest business forum in Northern Europe which is called Nordic Business Forum.

For JamesEdition and as an Online Ads Sales Executive at Rhubarb Media you will be selling advertising campaigns to the worlds leading luxury brands and dealerships.

As for Nordic Business Forum, Conference Sales Executive you will be selling delegate tickets within Scandinavia with a focus on Swedish and Norwegian markets initially.

We are looking for those who are passionate about sales and closing deals. Those who are self motivated and only settle for the best. Those who set new standards and break new boundaries. Most importantly those who have a true hunger to make money.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Provide realistic forecasting to the manager on weekly and monthly basis.
• Create a realistic pipeline for sales.
• Meet monthly KPIs on contacts made.
• Invest in the team and company.

Requirements:
• Telemarketing experience
• Previous experience in conference sales ( For the conference sales executive position )
• Previous experience in online display advertising sales( For online ads sales executive position)
• Fluency in English is a must. Another european language is a huge plus.
• Eligible to work in Sweden which means you should have a personal number.

Compensation:
• Basic salary + performance based commission.
• Attractive bonuses on exceeding targets.
