ACCOUNT MANAGER - Stockholm
Our client is a world-leading group of language management companies that supply translation, interpreting and language technology services to a wide range of industries ranging from major consumer products, international large technology brands to public-sector bodies. The company was founded 30 years ago and are enjoying a fantastic development with a growth rate of 40 % in the past years. With offices on all major markets, they are now looking to expand their European sales team with an Account Manager to be based in their Stockholm office
As an Account Manager you will assume responsibility for a number of accounts that the company has long standing relationships or existing contractual agreements with. In addition to this, you will work closely with the Business Development Managers to devise strategies to identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow and develop key accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maximise the sales revenue from existing clients to develop strong and profitable business relationships
• Ensure that prospective clients within the organisations receive full attention an excellent standard of customer care
• Increase, develop and diversify the client base in accordance with the company?s technical development programme and business plan
• Liaise with all the appropriate departments in relation to major accounts and direct them as appropriate.
• Review quotations
• Manage an on-going pipeline of revenue and activity
• Assist with any RFP/Tender/Proposal
• Develop, agree and maintain an account plan for each client to achieve sales strategy and targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline to ensure annual targets are achieved
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in an account management or telesales/field sales role
Or
• Experience from project management in the translation industry
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Results oriented, highly motivated and assertive as a person
• Dependable attitude with a desire to progress
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
