Business Unit Support Solutions develops software-based solutions to support Ericsson's customers to transform their network, enable and deliver multi-services to their customer's customers. Our solutions consist of Operations Support Systems and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS), TV and Applications enablers as well as M-Commerce. Near Product Services (NPS) in the DU is responsible for ensuring successful Implementations and superior Customer Support of BUSS Products & Solutions.

Within NPS Unit we are looking for a Senior Leader to drive and operationally control all the Product/Solution Support & Maintenance (S&M) Program Office for BSS/OSS and M-commerce

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

The Head of S&M Program Office is responsible for all the Support & Maintenance budget for all CoEs in the DU.

As Head of S&M Program Office, you will be a member of the NPS Leadership Team and run a global organization with people placed in
Europe, Americas, India and China

Prime Interface towards BUGS PRS and BUGS SD&O for Support Budget and to make sure Maintenance is done with in Cost, Quality & Time Unified Process, Methods and Tools for Maintenance & Support Requirements on Quality of the products and solutions

Securing BUGS WLA for support & maintenance activities including frames Service and maintenance readiness Assignment handling within S&M KPI reporting to NPS

QUALIFICATIONS

You need to have a University degree or equivalent.

In order to be a successful candidate for this position you should have:

• Long experience in Leading Support & Services, driving operations across geographically disparate regions

• Strong Customer mindset and drive

• Proven ability to balance constant conflicting priorities and manage Customer Escalations.

• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, ability to motivate highly talented teams and ability to inspire others

• Excellent communication and presentations skills, used to dealing with customers at a senior level

• High level of self-esteem and self-drive and ability to take tough decisions

• Have the passion to win and a positive attitude
