We are now looking for Management System Developer!

Description

The Management System Developer, is incorporated within Quality & Environment department. Our overall responsibility is to ensure an efficient and effective utilization of our resources by supporting functional activities taking place in both Sweden and China. The QE-dept. contains quality management and assurance, environmental management and regulatory affairs. We work with both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Management System Developer you will lead the work related to our Management System. The work is done in cooperation with other quality departments within NEVS, to support the site activities. Further you will lead and coordinate the ISO-certification activities, educate & train as well as audit the organization. Practical experiences and theoretical knowledge together with social skills is important in this role.

We are transforming into a more agile way of working with empowered self-organizing teams, quick learning and implementation is as a key to succeed. Thus you need to be a good team player.

The position is temporary until March 2020.

This role also involves:

- Ensure that NEVS will succeed and maintain ISO-certificate and accreditation of test methods.
- Integrate, further develop and maintain or Management System.
- Secure that NEVS is compliant to applicable standards.
- Lead cross functional teams to execute quality system activities.
- Support investigations and resolving system non-conformances.
- Administer and give support related to the software platform used for our Management System.
- Identify both opportunities and risks related to applicable industry standards and regulations.
- Translate requirements into a user friendly procedures (process maps and routine descriptions) when required.
- Educate and support process owners and authors of routines as well as facilitate activities around Management Reviews and follow up.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Excellent knowledge in ISO-standards (ISO-9001, 14001, 17025, 27001, IATF-16949)
- Specialist in document control and information security.
- Cultural knowledge (Europe/Asia)
- Skilled in English written and verbal
- Skilled in MS Office tools & SharePoint (other document control system)

To be successful in the role, you need to:

- Manage assignment by yourself in both structured and agile environments and be able to take business decisions on a daily basis.
- Have functional and technical skills as well as communication skills.
- Be problem solving, action-orientated, creative and open minded.
- An enthusiastic person who thrives in an agile working culture.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and always deliver on time.
- Team player characteristics. Work is done in cooperation and coordination within the group.

Terms

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
